🔁 Refund & Return Policy
At Invisible Sports, we take pride in delivering premium-quality custom activewear. Since most of our products are made-to-order, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties.
📦 Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or error from our side.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Custom logo or branded products
- Bulk orders
- Made-to-order items
- Items used, washed, or damaged by the customer
✅ Eligible for Refund / Replacement
We only offer a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product, OR
- The item is defective or damaged
⏱ Claim Time
- You must report any issue within 3–5 days of receiving the order
- Claims after this period will not be accepted
📸 Proof Requirement
To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Order details / invoice
🔄 Replacement Policy
- Once approved, we will replace the product at no additional cost
- Replacement production time may vary depending on order size
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued if replacement is not possible
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
🚫 Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before production starts
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified
